Coming in for your private one-on-one health and fitness consultation can be intimidating. But it’s only intimidating in your mind, because once you leave, you will wish you would’ve started this years ago. Health and fitness clubs fail you 99% of the time. People come to us when they finally (as the proverbial alcoholic says) hit bottom with their health and fitness club. It’s not their fault, and it’s not your fault.
